The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items. In MACOS Monterrey.

Good morning friends, I'm trying to uninstall an application from my MAC PRO with MACOs Monterrey 12.0.1, but it shows me an error message: The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items.; I have searched in Google and in the APPLE community for some solution but all the ones that I have found do not show me a solution. Some of you will have any other ideas on how to solve this problem.

This sounds like an app that uses an installer which means you will need to use the app's uninstaller. Check the Acronis website for instructions on how to properly uninstall their app.

Hi fli1110,

Which app are you trying to uninstall or remove from your MacBook Pro? Please note that apps preinstalled by Apple cannot be truly removed, unless said app is available in the Mac App Store.

Hello, thanks for your response, the application that I have uninstall is Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office. It shows me a error message which say that there application does not work with MacOs Monterrey, I want uninstall and reinstall the application to see if it works.

Hello, good evening, this was the solution, thank you very much for your help, the ACRONIS application has already been uninstalled; and when re-starting it did not show the error message.
