Restore an iPhone

Is there a way to restore an iPhone without having access to Apple ID if the 'Find my iPhone' was enabled?

No. You can restore the iPhone without the Apple ID using iTunes on a computer, but if Find My was turned on, it will just pop up Activation Lock during set up and you will not be able to setup the phone then.

You really really need the Apple ID the iPhone is locked to if you wish to restore and it and use it again.
