How do you add a page to your home screen? Used to be able to drag an app to the right and it would make a page.

It still does (or should -- it does for me). Touch an app until all the apps wiggle and then drag the app to the right. A blank new page will appear for a short time; when it does, let go of the app; if you don't it will continue to drag to the App Library.
