58 gigabytes of other

Recently, I checked my Mac storage and there was 58 gigabytes of other. Used to it was all organized with my apps and stuff. However now there is a huge "other" replacing my apps, documents, and whatever else I have on my Mac. Any help?

I don't know which files I can delete. My actual working documents is only 17 GB, even if I backup this up I still don't have enough storage. My mac is left 22.74 GB free space. I even use external hdd for Photoshop cache. My biggest question is, what can I delete from Other. I look forward to a solution. Thank you.
