how to disable iPad

Changed passcode and forgot new passcode now the iPad is lock & I am unable to disable the iPad. I don't know how to connect to iTunes to disable it.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
