I have my old iPhone and I don’t remember the passcode, I want to get my old photos without wipe the phone

Hello, I have my old iPhone 4 and forget the passcode, at the time I didn’t have enough iCloud storage to back up the photos and videos so I keep it for a long time, I found it and now I want to retrieve my photos but I don’t remember the passcode, how can I get back my stuff without to restore the phone and delete everything ?

You will need to follow the instructions in the blue link above your name on this page which will erase the phone. Your only hope to retrieve data is if it has been backed-up to your computer or another device.
