I cannot send or accept friend request in Game Center.. my iOS is 15.11. I checked all the restrictions and also restarted my iPhone but it’s still not working. Please help

To start we'd suggest providing more specific detail on what is preventing you from adding friends. When you go to Settings > Game Center > Friends, is the Add Friends button not showing up? When you receive a request are you not getting an Accept button? Are you getting some sort of error when trying to send or accept a friend request?
Details like these will help give the community a better idea of what you're seeing so members can provide more relevant responses.
