Erasing my Ipad Air

I want to erase my iPad Air and use it for Apple Music at my store. I dont want iCloud to restore it because I dont want anyone seeing my stuff. How can I use this IPAD Air basically as an iPod so I can only play music from it

You can erase your iPad:

Erase the Apple ID.
Go to Settings -> General-> Erase All Content and Settings.
Follow the instructions on-screen.
