iPhone 12 Pro Max WiFi greyed out and Bluetooth not working

My phone lost both WiFi and Bluetooth function. The WiFi button has greyed out the Bluetooth remains inaccessible.

That wouls probably indicate a hardware issue. The wi-fi and Bluetooth are on the same chip. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support for service, or if you have an Apple Store close by, use this link to make a Genius Bar appointment at the store. www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/
