apple id

hi,

During the installation of the apple id on the new device (iphone XR), I chose "forgot the password for the apple id", after that I cant enter the apple id on the my old phone (ihone 7). The error "wrong apple id" or "wrong password" appears. I tried to change the password more than 10 times, unsuccessfully. Now there is a long "check of the apple id" and no result. On a computer or phone through a browser, I can log in and change the password for the Apple ID. Problem signing in on my phone. Help me please!!
