The latest iPhone model that does NOT have 5G is the iPhone 11 range.

Actually, iPhone 11 was released in 2019 and iPhone SE 2nd generation released in 2020, so technically, iPhone SE is the latest model which does not support 5G.
That would be the iPhone 11 / 11 Pro series.
The first model to support 5G is the iPhone 12.
Note that on LTE devices on AT&T's network they may display "5Ge" for the connection. This is NOT 5G. It is "enhanced" LTE. Call it 4.5g.
That would be an iPhone SE, 2nd generation.
