iPad is disabled
I have a message "iPad is disabled. Connect to iTunes"
Question is if it is disabled, how do I connect to iTunes?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.
