Hi, i was wondering if it’s possible to recover photos, videos, and messages if you don’t have back up. Because i accidentally restored my phone trying to recover my old photos and everything restored

Only from a backup.

If you used iCloud for photos and messages, they may still be in iCloud. You can check for photos at iCloud.com/photos.
