I got a new phone. iOS 15 installed, and my exchange email is loading. I’ve watched and done all trouble shooting videos and forums. Nothing is working. I need my work email back because I lost 100’s of contact info, calendar invites, and obviously the mail. Please help!

About Downgrading:
You cannot downgrade your iOS. So, try upgrading. Perhaps it will fix it, being a bug in the iOS.
Back Up First:
IMPORTANT: If you have an option to update, however, then be certain you backup your iPhone first. That way, you will have something to restore your iPhone from should anything go wrong with the update

Speak to your Network Administrator:
At work, speak to the network administrator. You may need to set this up promptly, by work employer's standards.
Already did. They tried everything. I have a work iPhone and it works fine, so does my old iPhone 7 which I have NOT updated to iOS 15. It’s still on an IOS 14 system. I’m thinking I need to do a iOS system downgrade.
