I repaired my watch with my new iPhone 13 and now have only one watch face, no other ones to choose from - there used to be many many options. How do I get them back?

Ok. That helps but when I open Watch app on phone and go to Faces and choose Edit there’s a slider on the right of the face I’ve got to allow moving faces around to order them but there’s nothing I see that allows me to add more faces, like there should be a + or ‘add’ but, nothing.
If you set up the watch manually, there will be only one watch face on the watch face until you add more faces. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch App. Instead of being on the My Watch tab, tap the Face Gallery. That's where you choose and add faces to your watch, which once added will appear in the My Watch page.
Are you referring to watch faces you stored? When you re-paired your watch, did you restore it from backup or set it up all over again? If you didn't set it up from a backup, you'll need to add the watch faces you want again.
No. You don't choose edit. That just lets you move faces you've added already in the order you want them.
When you open the Watch Faces page, you choose from the watch face options there, tap a watch face and if you want, customize the face by changing color options and choose complications, then tap the ADD button and it will move to the My Watch page and be accessible on the watch.
i did not restore but set up manually. Last time I did that I got 30+ faces with the fresh setup this time there is only one face.
