Always open zoom using safari

I don't use Zoom, thus I don't know which permission(s) you are having to "allow" each time. With that said, it would be a fair bet that you can accomplish what you are wanting through going to Safari > Preferences > Websites and looking at each of the settings. Look at items such as Camera, Microphone, etc. and change them from Ask to Allow. Do this while you are on the Zoom.us website.

Chrome has an option to bypass the security check (see below) but Safari may not.

have you considered installing the Zoom app for Mac? that's how my family uses zoom, and it works wonderfully.
