Just updated to 15.1.1 and I can’t figure out where did “open in app” go? It used to be a bar at the top of the sarafi page and if someone sent me an Amazon link, even though it would open in Safari, I could easily click on “open in app” and be redirected to the app. Now that option doesn’t appear anymore, is this something that now has to be turned on in settings?

Check Settings > Safari > Siri & Search. I suggest turning on all options, especially “Learn from this app”.
