I just bought 100.00 everything apple gift card. I’m trying to add it to my apple account like I always do. I’m getting a message cannot redeem code the code entered is not valid. I scanned it and tried putting it in manually. Can anyone help me ?

I purchased an apple gift card 2 days ago. It said redeemed. However I’m not seeing it reflected on my apple account balance. Why is that so? I had a previous balance of $0.18 and the gift card I redeemed was a $25.00 gift card but I’m only seeing the $0.18 on my account. What can I do?
