Group texts -iMessage and sms

From our understanding, one of your group messages is no longer working. We can certainly understand your concern and can help provide some insight.

We see you recently reviewed the article “Leave a group text message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch”. This is useful if you want to completely leave the group message.

Is this happening with all group messages or just certain ones? If it is just certain ones, have there been any changes to the groups? For example: adding or removing a person.

If you recreate the group, does it automatically separate or does it stay as one group?
