Hello. If I cancel my Apple Music subscription. Will the money be refunded?

Whjen you cancel a subscription it continues to run until the end of the current subscription period (as you've paid in advance for it) and then you won't be charged the next time round.

You don't get a refund. You can ask for one, but it's entirely at Apple's discretion whether they grant it. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6 and select 'Request a refund' from the menu in the page. Note that the refund, if granted, can take up to 30 days to be paid into the payment method used for the purchase - please see https://support.apple.com/HT210904
