I purchased a season’s pass to Survivor S41. E13 and 14 have not become available to view despite airing Dec 15. Usually they available later the same day the air. Any one else experiencing this or have suggestions on how I follow up? Thanks.

We see the latest episodes of Survivor are not available for you to watch via your season pass in the iTunes Store.
If there is a delay in an episode being uploaded, we'd recommend double checking the iTunes Store again. As of right now, episode 13 does appear to be available at https://itunes.apple.com/us/tv-season/survivor-season-41/id1584870488.
