iPhone X iCloud locked

I bought an old iPhone a few months ago. I turned on my iCloud, now I have restarted it and it asks for my first iCloud. exactly on 23 February 2021, 8:44 pm I logged in with my email. Iphone X 64Gb .Is it possible to remove the old email because I have no contact with the previous owner of the phone. or at least give me contact from him

You are being asked for the iPhone's original Apple ID. Until you can supply that and the appropriate password, the iPhone will remain Activation Locked.
