How do I set Apple ID and family share on a new device?
My child is getting a new phone. How do I set their apple ID and family share on the new device with the existing info?

Click on this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT201269 to learn how to "Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch". Select one of the three options: Quickstart, iCloud, or iTunes/Finder.
I don't know how much of all the settings will transfer and how much you may have to set up separately on the new device. I would expect things that work on an Apple ID level such as family sharing would transfer over.
