My iPhone (100% charged) has been shutting down

My phone (100% charged) has been shutting down & then, when I turn it back on, it say's 10% battery - then it shuts down again. I plug it in, & turn it on again, & it's back at 100%. What should I do?

If the problem persists visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region for assistance to diagnose the problem.

And they could offer a possible solution.
