Health app disappeared?
I can’t find the Health app on my iPad. I don’t see it in settings, or widgets. Also don’t see it in the App Store. Maybe I deleted it?

No, you didn't delete it. The iPad has never had the Health app. You can only have that on the iPhone or the iPod Touch.
