Why after I redeemed my apple gift card. The money wasn’t added to my apple account?
I purchased and redeemed a $25.00 gift card two days ago and still haven’t seen the money on my account. Is it because I had a previous balance of $0.18 on my balance? I’m unable to make any purchases because the $25.00 isn’t being added to my card. Help asap

Will I lose photos and videos that’s not backed up to iCloud if I sign out of iTunes Store or apple store?
Not if they're on your computer. For maximum security, back them up to an external drive.
