FaceTime not connecting

Hi I get notified for an incoming call but when I answer it doesn’t connect. Same happens when I make the call it doesn’t connect properly


Have searched troubleshooting tips and tricks nothing has worked, or switches were already on.


can anyone help?

Troubleshooting Face ID:


A. Disable/Enable FaceTime in "Allowed Apps":

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Screen Time
  3. Tap: Content & Privacy Restrictions
  4. Tap: Allowed Apps
  5. Tap: FaceTime so that it is green in-color (if already enabled, then disable it, and then reenable it)
