I can see only half screen of my iphone 11, the other half is black
You're going to need a diagnostic to figure out what the problem is. If it's the display, that's generally fixed with a complete screen assembly replacement. But the problem could be with the connector or possibly a logic board issue.
if it was me and Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
did not resolve it then I would expect it to require repair
