Recovery mode

CAN ANYONE HELP ME HOW TO EXIT THE RECOVERY MODE ON MY IPHONE 13. I TOOK IT TO THE APPLE STORE AND THEY LEFT IT LIKE THAT OVER A MONTH AGO. I DONT HAVE A COMPUTER EITHER.

Can you ask a friend or relative to use their computer. Alternately, visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider and they should be able to help you out.
