Hi omotoshomatthew22.

This means that your battery health is no longer at a 100% capacity. Your battery of your iPhone have degraded so much that an Apple Authorised Service Provider should replace the iPhone battery.

Iphone's with degraded battery health will affect the performance of the iPhone.

View your iPhones current battery health by going to Settings> Battery> Battery Health. You can view the percentage here.
