How do I delete World Clock and other reinstalled apps? Please don’t say push until it jiggles and push the X. Oh,it jiggles but there is no X.

You cannot delete that app.
You can move it to the last page of apps, or bury it in a folder.

There are a few iOS built-in apps that cannot be deleted. The World Clock app is one of them. You can remove the World Clock app from appearing in the Home Screen app, however it will remain in the App Library.
