How can I get the latest version of the reminder app? I made the last update but the app has not changed, I have only 7 colors and I can not change the reminder icon. the first photo is a screenshot of my mother’s phone while the second one is from mine.
One of your issues is the fact that your battery is almost dead. The ability to do many functions on the iPhone are disabled when the device is in low power mode and/or the battery is almost dead.
You do not indicate what iPhone and what iOS you have, versus what iPhone and iOS your mother has. That would help as well, but first charge your iPhone and get it out of low power mode before attempting anything else.
thanks but that wasn’t the problem! I just had the icloud disabled and for that I didn’t have the latest version. :)
