no i mean my phone got stolen from the thief and i want to get my phone back but i think those thief offline my phone thats why i cant get the location. so is there any other way to make my phone online back?
If the phone is offline it can't transmit its location. If you didn't enable 'Find My Phone' on it it can't transmit its location at all and you can't turn it on remotely.
In the unlikely event that you are able to locate it you should not attempt to retrieve it yourself - that could be very dangerous: inform the police.
