Beats studio buds case will not charge

My Beats Studio Buds are less than 2 months old. I could view the status of the battery of the case and buds on my Today view. Now the case battery status doesn't show up. I've reconnected them to the power using a different cord. I've pressed the system button for 15 seconds to reset the case. No lights appear.
