My music in iTunes at times will not let me burn a song that I’ve paid for to a CD, says it’s in the Cloud.

How can I access any music I’ve bought through iTunes to burn to a CD when it says it’s in the cloud?

iTunes cannot burn DRM protected content from an Apple Music subscription, or anything currently located in the cloud. Download your purchased tracks, burn to CD, then remove the download if you want to afterwards. You should be able to select the tracks and right-click for options.

You would probably know if you had a subscription to Apple Music. The Kind column in the Songs view would show Apple Music AAC audio file. I included the detail in the earlier post for anyone else searching the same symptoms. You cannot give away CDs you burn either, they're supposed to be for your personal use only.
