I cannot sync my iPad Pro and iPhone 11…please help

You can use iCloud to sync both devices without a home computer and the following link explains this in more detail:

In addition, to sync text messages you will need to setup Text Message Forwarding on your iPhone and the following link will help explain this:

Use iCloud, and you’ll want an iCloud+ subscription almost certainly (so you have enough storage). You’ll want to be logged into the same Apple ID account on all of your devices. You should write down the password to your Apple ID, and store it in a safe place, in case you forget it.
