Changing black menu bar
I have just updated to Monterey and I now have a black menu bar. I want to return to the white/clear menu bar I had before but I cannot find a way to do that.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're having a question about the Menu Bar on your Mac, and we'd be happy to help.
In order to go back to the white/clear Menu Bar, go to the Apple menu > System Preferences > Accessibility > Display > Display. Then enable "Reduce transparency".
