Do you mean remove the card from the Apple Wallet or from your iTunes & App Store account?

From the Apple Wallet: Open the Wallet, tap on the card, then on the 3 dots in a circle in the upper right, scroll down and tap Remove This Card.

From your iTunes & App Store Account, see→Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
