iMac died
My 2013 iMac suddenly died yesterday. It will not turn on, no matter what I do. Is it worth trying to fix? It's out of apple care and I live on an island!

A 2013 is not worth fixing if it will not power up. It is 10 years old now and is considered obsolete by Apple and cannot run current versions of Mac OS. You have many alternatives available to you for example a M1 based Mac Mini, a M1 based 24" iMac, an Apple refurbished Mac (may not be available in your area), or buy a used Mac from a reputable reseller such as Macsales.com.
Thank you - that's what I thought, but I am a bit bummed! Still, it's been a great computer and now I get to buy the latest technology!
Yes, I tried everything, and eventually called Apple Support - they agreed it was likely a hardware issue and not worth fixing. UGH!
Yup. Take a close look at the new Mac Mini, great solution. When you buy please remember to buy a computer with a minimum of 16GB of RAM and the largest SSD you can afford.
