Turn Digital Crown to unlock and eject water
Apple Watch Series 7, watchOS 8
Turn the Digital Crown in a long continuous manner to exit the water mode. I typically have to roll my finger on the crown for more than 1 in to cancel it. As you are doing it, you should see the water drop expand in a circle; this circle must reach the outer circle to cancel the water mode.
