I have never used an iPhone before an am finding it hard to create an Apple ID what should I do?? How to l create an account?

You should be able to create one as you begin the process of activating your iPhone, however, you can also create one from a computer. See this. How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support If you explain the problem you are experiencing, someone may be able to help.
