iCloud storage change
I have 71gb in iCloud and 66 gb on my iPhone. The phone is a 256. If I drop down to the 5gb iCloud plan does all my stuff end up on my phone or do I lose it? Thanks.

Back Up iCloud:
You will lose whatever is not downloaded. So, as long as you download it all first, nothing will be lost. So, I'd urge you to download them to a computer, and then on to a hard drive. Using a computer would be more user-friendly. Or, you can backup your iCloud storage: Perform as Ive Instructed Here: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip

Thanks for that. I don’t understand this stuff real well so I’ll ask another question. If I follow your directions it seems what I have in iCloud will end up on my hard drive. How do I get it onto my iPhone? Thanks again.

You are welcome.
To get it back on your iPhone:
Getting Back Files:
Manually transfer things into it. Using a computer, you upload them to iCloud, You'd access iCloud through Safari at this link: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive, and then dragging-&-dropping things into it.
As for the Applications:
Contact the developer, or download it from the App Store, installing it once more.
