I am not able to update my apps anymore, they are stalled

I have got an Iphone Pro 12 in Germany and recetly updated to version iOS 15.2.1.

Since then I can´t update any app anymore as the request to accept updated Geschäftsbedingungen der Apple-Mediendienste (terms & conditions of Apple Media Services); the request pops up but after ok everything stalls and nothing works anymore...

The problem is additionally that after an app requests an update I can´t work with the app anymore as no update is possible anymore.

This is a real serious problem as I can´t use my iphone for my work anymore and I am having serious problems.

Could anybody help me?
