You might be able to see the last registered location by using "Find My":

If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen - Apple Support

Unless the Apple Watch is not charged again, to be able to connect to a network, you can't locate it.

A dead apple watch cannot transmit a signal so you would have to try and find it manually.
