mbfloagent wants to make changes
After updating Safari (to version 15.3) and macOS Big Sur to version 11.16.3, I am getting the message: mbfloagent want to make changes. Is it safe to accept this?

Well, for sure it is a Launch Agent but just what it is specifically associated with is a question.
Quick search renders ancient ASC Forum about related Photos and the suggestion was to the Restart the computer

And another excellent from Log Time Contributor @ léonie - will need to modify to included the specific process name - https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251105747

Ok, thanks
Running Montery 12.1 ( at the moment ) on M1 Mac Mini and do not see anything related to the " mbfloagent ".
Can one open Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL processes and refer to picture to Inspect the process. What sort of information appears.
Welcome and Thank you too.
Do come back to the ASC Forums, in the future, if / or when additional question may arise
Thanks for your answer:
Here a screen-print of the pop-up and the information on the activity monitor. I hope this is what you are asking for
More so like this once Inspect Process has been open. Picture is example only
