mbfloagent wants to make changes

After updating Safari (to version 15.3) and macOS Big Sur to version 11.16.3, I am getting the message: mbfloagent want to make changes. Is it safe to accept this?

Running Montery 12.1 ( at the moment ) on M1 Mac Mini and do not see anything related to the " mbfloagent ".

Can one open Activity Monitor >> View >> View ALL processes and refer to picture to Inspect the process. What sort of information appears.
