iMac not working HELP!!

I was gave a iMac 27 I reset everything and when I try to install the system is say this item is temporarily unavailable why is that and what do I need to do?…

iMac 27″, OS X 10.11

Try to use Shift-Option-Command-r or Option-Command-r instead.

If you try kay-k's method it would be best if you were connected by ethernet cable to your modem instead of WiFI. Ethernet will be faster and more reliable than WiFi.

If you are already connected via Ethernet ignore this post as it will self destruct in 10, 9, 8, 7…
