How can I remove the notification (the little red bubble) on the setting app display?

If you had it done by an authorized service provider, take it back to them and have them make it right.

If you had the display replaced by anyone other than Apple or an authorized service provider, you don't.
How can I prove that the service provider is an authorized service provider to have the notification removed? Thank you!
