iPhone 11 is locked up. Hard reset does not help.

There are probably way too many ways to set up an appointment, including over the phone or even going to a store and setting up an appointment with the person with the iPad who looks like someone who is handling appointment check-ins. But this works pretty well.
You can go to Device Performance, then Device Frozen or Unresponsive. It will then ask for your iPhone model and suggest a force restart. Then click on No and then you'll have the option to Bring In for Repair. I checked what was available for iPhones, and Apple Barton Creek has tons of appointments available for tomorrow and pretty much any slot for the next week.
