Using MacBook Pro 2015 as a second monitor with 2021 MacBook Pro

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to a MacBook Pro (16-inch 2021) from a MacBook Pro (Mid 2015).

The old MacBook Pro still works fine for everyday tasks.

I was wondering if there is a way to use the old Macbook Pro as a second monitor using a cable?

I have been trialling Duet Display, but finding it sluggish and not clear.

Both Macs are running Monterey 12.2

I know there have been countless questions around this, but they are for different computer specs. Sorry if this seems like a double up.

Thanks to anyone who can help,

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

This has never been supported on the notebook computer.
