Can I advance a clip to a specific time?

I have a long video that I am just removing segments from. I've been given the time intervals where these appear. What's the fastest way to find them?

Double timeline I occasionally have the task of trimming a video by timecode. Videos are two hours long and I feel uncomfortable when I need to edit/delete a certain piece, because the video timings shift in time. Is there any way to edit the video and see the original and current timings?

Where am I timewise in an iMovie Clip I have videos from my drone flying the exact same route, at the same altitude and speed. The flight length is about 150 seconds. I did this each month for a year. I want to create a movie with say 15 seconds of mid winter, then 15 seconds of late winter then 15 seconds of mid spring and so on. Each clip would morph into the next creating a “flight through the seasons". I’d like to keep the segments consistent to make an even flow. The videos do NOT start at the exact same place in the route. Is there a way to determine how many seconds one is into a clip before splitting it?

Show time in clip iOS 14 Nov20 I have a clip that is 3’13 long and I want to split it somewhere around 1’20” ...however when I select the clip, I do not see the actual spot where I am, only the duration. Is it possible to see the time stamp of the exact position I see the duration of the clip but want to see the position of the vertical bar.

Put your cursor on the playhead and drag it to the time points, using the counter at the top of the timeline. It might not be precisely accurate, but you can adjust as necessary.
